Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customised using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, and the amount of water your mop uses.
A mapping feature can help your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance function prevents it from running into furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are essential in my house filled with toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it naturally comes with a host of features. It can mop and sweep in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming damp. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pet toys plants, small objects.
The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.
Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also has a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can put it away and forget about it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank occasionally.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.
This is a very robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. The number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the price, we highly recommend checking this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed admirably across the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all types of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed well and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.
However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.
Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. The base station must be emptied as well as the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced periodically too.
I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a tighter budget, I suggest considering an easier model that allows you to save money while enjoying clean hands at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a want rather than a requirement.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity to power both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean to wash off the mop pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of clean Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. While it spins the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The onboard tank is able to hold a large amount of water and handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.
Like most robot vacuums and mop combinations The S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. The S1 Pro does need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. If best budget robot vacuum cleaner 'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this could be rectified as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is able to clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is great for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.
The software that runs this appliance is fairly complex, with a broad variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start the full map and then take care to clean everything that is mapped by the device, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've crafted. There are a number of mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the area.
Like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic manner. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a good solution: the app offers an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its cheaper competitors.
